  • 1.What is NFT? .

    NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token. NFTs are unique digital assets, and no two NFTs are the same, making them rare and exclusive. NFTs have their own digital fingerprint and are therefore highly collectible. NFTs come in different formats—art, videos, and even GIFs.NFTs are digital tokens representing any asset, from digital painting, to GIFs, to music albums.

  • 3.How do I install MetaMask? .

    Go to MetaMask.io and select from Android or iOS for mobile application and select Chrome for desktop. You can also go directly to the Chrome store, Google Play store, or Apple App Store .

  • 4.How do I get funds (digital currency) in MetaMask?.

    You can easily buy Ethereum with a debit card or Apple Pay directly within MetaMask by clicking “Add funds”. You can request funds from a friend by sending them a payment request showing your QR code in person or by sharing your public address.

  • 5.How do I disconnect wallet?.

    On MetaMask 1. Click on MetaMask extension in the browser toolbar
    2. Within the Account view, click on the 3 dots button on the top right-hand corner.
    3. In the expanded menu, click on Connected Sites.
    4. Click on the trash can button next to any sites you wish to disconnect from. On Coinbase 1-Click on Coinbase extension in the browser toolbar.
    2-Click on the “Settings” button in lower right corner.
    3-Slide down to the end and click "Disconnect". On WalletConnect 1. Open your wallet mobile application
    2. Click "Disconnect"

  • 1.What payment methods can I choose? .

    We currently only support payment using digital currency.All our payment is charged in ETH.

  • 2.Do you have cash on delivery (COD) service? .

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment via cash on delivery (COD) or bank transfer.

  • 3.How can I make order with a promotional code? .

    If you have a Moonbridges promotional code. Once in “add to cart”, below your order is a “Promotional Code” box. Enter the code and click “apply”. Your discount will appear to the right.

Order Issues

  • 1.How long will it take to process and receive my order? .

    Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
    All items are made-to-order, so it is requested 3-5 business days to handcraft.We will start production after confirming your payment. Exact delivery times will vary depending on the product in question and the delivery method.

  • 2.What Do I Do If I Received An Incorrect Order? .

    If you have any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email: support@roseinside.com with your order information. So we can assist you to solve your problem as soon as possible.

  • 1.Does Moonbridge ship for free worldwide? .

    Yes. We are glad to offer free shipping to most countries around the world!

  • 2.How can I change my shipping address?.

    If you would like to change your address before your order is shipped, please contact us and we will update the address in your order accordingly. Please make sure to include:
    Name,Street,Telephone Number,City,State,Zip code,Country.

  • 3.Why didn’t i get a shipping confirmation? .

    If you received the order confirmation, but did not receive the shipping notification then this probably means the order is not out of production yet and has not been shipped.If for over a week, you still haven't received your shipping notification, please contact us.

  • 4.How to find a missing package that shows as deliver? .

    Although it is rare, sometimes your tracking number will say "Delivered" before your package has arrived.
    If this happens to you within 36 hours of the expected delivery, please following these steps:

    • Check your shipping notification email to ensure your package was shipped to the correct destination
    • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
    • Look around the delivery location for your package
    • See if someone else in the house accepted the delivery
    • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox other locations you receive mail.
    • Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
    • If your order is 36 hours past the expected delivery date, please Contact Us.
